SIKKIM FREE CLINIC
Sikkim Free Clinic was founded in Ravangla, Sikkim by the initiative of Sangter Rinpoche.
Clinic provides free of charge medical assistance for people of Sikkim. Carrying out actions aimed at improving healthcare in Sikkim Free Clinic is possible due to financial support by Sangter Rinpoche, generous donors and helping hands and work of volunteers from all over the world.
The first project of freely available medical care of Sikkim Free clinic started in the beginning of 2014.
A group of volunteers – translators, Western and Chinese medicine doctors, therapists from Poland, Ukraine, Belarus?, and Ireland provided medical assistance to over 1000 patients.
The idea was continued the next year by another group of medical volunteers.
